Grandfather's new house
Some of you were wondering, so here is a link. The address is 145 E 200 N, Washington, UT 84780. Their closing date is April 30, but will not move until the week of June 15.
One feature of the house is the extensive use of rock for landscaping. However, Dad believes there is good soil for a garden underneath the gravel. In the far right of this picture of the backyard, there is even a large pomegranate bush.

I looked at the map and could see that it was north of St. George. Once they move in, would it be better to fly into Salt Lake, or is Vegas still closer?
Oh never mind. I looked at the map myself and figured it out. Sheesh.
Yup. Also, its typically cheaper to fly into Vegas anyway, and cheaper to rent a car than SLC.
so is the logandale house gone, or is this a secondary home?
